I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism displayed by Liran & his team at Service Pro Group. I needed my Google Nest Thermostat and over the range microwave installed at a rental unit. Liran made the process extremely easy for me (he didn't need me to be on site) and installed both units quickly. He responded to my call instantly and was on site the same day. The day after the Google Nest was giving some problems and Liran was over to fix it that morning. I can't say enough about the professionalism and expertise of this company. Will be using them going forward. Thank you for all your hard work!

I am so happy to have found Basil from Sapphyre Electric. From the moment I called him, he was responsive, helpful and courteous. I had an issue with the fuse in my circuit breaker that was connected to our over the range microwave that kept tripping. I explained the issue to Basil over the phone and he was willing to show up on Labour Day to fix it! During the service call, he was really helpful and he explained everything he was doing so that I could understand what was going on. His work is very clean and he was right on time. He is also extremely efficient and you can tell he has years of experience just by how he diagnoses the problem. I will be hiring Basil for any future electrical needs!
