We contracted with Thomas and his crew/subcontractors to complete a first floor renovation for our 1970's home including a new kitchen. We had them remove a load bearing wall and open up the floor space for our new kitchen / dining room. They were extremely professional, competitive in terms of price and fully transparent with us as clients as the project moved along. There were no surprises along the way and Thomas and his crew were very flexible if we wanted to change something or explore additional options.
