I would grade the job on my shower renovation as A+ from start to finish. I even appreciated the owner helping me shovel my driveway after a heavy storm the night before. Chris is an honest, calm, and patient leader who has a professional attitude to his work and the easily spooked client. I must make mention of his highly skilled staff, especially Tim, Joe and Dexter, who always arrived precisely at 08:00am as instructed, ready for a full and productive day. We had some chalanges being delayed because of Covid-19 however in the end the job got done.
