We had raccoons nesting between our kitchen floor and basement ceiling. Derick arrived in the pouring rain, established the place where the raccoons had entered our property, removed the old timber, dug a trench,fitted metal trellis, back filled the hole, added a one-way door, and was done in an hour. He was very tidy, courteous and reassuring. I would recommend him to anyone.
