The Service Technician, Piraba, of High Efficiency H & C, came to service my AC following a careful pressure test for any leakage last year. He did a meticulous assessment of the whole system. I find Piraba very knowledgeable and patiently explained the "whys" & "wherefores" of every step undertaken. I will have no qualms about contacting High Efficiency for any future HVAC needs.

After speaking with Natalie, I decided to forego contacting the rest. She was friendly, helpful and very informative. Pirabaharan, the HVAC technician, came and carried out the diagnosis , leakage testing, and pressuring for several hours. He displayed a thorough knowledge of the entire process, was meticulous, informative and very patient. Glad to have connected with a contractor who lives up to its name and reputation in social media.
