Andre came by to fix my Samsung double door fridge, which was not cooling or making ice. Samsung also gave me ARS as the recommended service agent. Andre got my fridge cooling again but had to order parts to fix the icemaker. Everything was explained in depth and timelines were met. He returned less than a week later and installed the parts. I was working from home and watched everything he did, often standing over his shoulder but he was professional and courteous all the while and explained everything he was doing.
