The window came in way before the expected date, the office crew were very courteous and accommodating, the salesman was very knowledgeable and honest, he gave me many advise and suggestions, that I took and no regrets, the installation was a breeze, they don't leave the site until you are fully satisfied, and their service is bar to none. I am very glad that I went with Verdun. I am planning of changing the rest of my windows very soon, if you are in doubt go with Verdun, you feel right away that you have made the right choice.
