Bathfitter was prompt in their service. A rep visited my home and we discussed my needs in the reno. The rep discussed many options and price ranges as well as showed samples of their products and pics of their past renos. Once all details were decided, the rep took measurements and ordered away for the custom tub surround. It arrived within the timeframe I was given and was installed really fast on game day! I was pleased with the service and the staff. I appreciated their follow up. I was fully explained all warranty details. I am very happy with the results and the service I received.
