We love Wells! The staff is extremely helpful with plant and tree advice and even landscaping advice. We've purchased many trees, shrubs and plants from them. Each time we make a purchase, we are given many tips for planting and care. We only once had a problem with a certain tree that was dying. The owner was aware of an issue with that type of tree and replaced it for us. We will return year after year! So much better than a big-box store experience.

While we do indeed have a concrete patio and front porch, it was not without major headaches. First patio attempt was cracked and full of indentations. Front porch was cracked and not as agreed upon in original contract. Dealing with the owner and his many excuses for his staff was painful. They agreed to rip out and re-do the patio, which still isn't to the standards we expected. The colour and stamp pattern of the patio is correct, however. Our back and side lawn was ruined during the second attempt. We were left to repair and sod ourselves. Front porch facing is crumbling and cracking. In the end, we are left to pay someone else to repair their shoddy work. We would never recommend them to a friend or neighbour.
