I got my roof installed in October 2011 by Royal Roofing. Year later I called them again and asked to check the roof because I saw some wet spots in the attic close to chimney. The very next day they sent Nick Maksymchuk supervisor who supervised installation year before. Nick checked roof from attic and outside found roof in perfect condition, but pointed to cracks on chimney crown. Then he advised on what has to be done and provided estimation for that job. Everything was done professionaly, in time , in a very frendly manner and free of charge.
