After two no shows from other duct companies, I came to Homestars and found Quality Home Comfort. Once I submitted my request, Kevin instantly called me. I knew I would not be disappointed with their service. Kevin took the time to explain the process, expectations and my appt was confirmed within 30 minutes for a few days later. Ilyas reached out the night before as a reminder and kept me updated with the time of arrival on the day of. They ran a little late the day of but it was truly no bother at all as they kept me updated. The job was completed thoroughly, clean and in a timely manner by Ilyas and his coworker.
