I had a door handle issue where the door handle slides right off and emailed Locksmith Express for a quote. The quote was fair and reasonable. They were quick to reply and we set up a day and time for them to come. Radoslav came to my condo and I realized it was not a simple issue of a screw coming off in the lock mechanism. Radoslav was able to come up with a creative solution to fix my issue without me having to spend a crazy amount of money for a new door handle set which would have set me back over a $1,000. It took him over an hour to do the creative fix and he did not ask for extra money. He honoured his original quote. It's refreshing to deal with someone experienced and that knows his stuff and able to find an innovative fix without just simply replacing the whole unit.
