Ed provided excellent service while taping and skimming our bedroom. He arrived on time and was able to complete the project within the expected time frame. He was also a great communicator and very open to any questions or concerns we had. The finished result was very smooth and exactly what we hoped for and he also left the space very clean. We called Top Care to come to our home to remove our air conditioning unit while we had concrete work done. They also came a second time to re-install our unit once the concrete work was complete. The office staff answered calls promptly and was able to book a technician quickly. The technician came on time for both our appointments and was able to provide the service we required. Holden came out to inspect a wall in our bathroom to help us determine if it was load-bearing or could be safely demolished. He was easy to communicate with and came on time to our scheduled appointment. He conducted a thorough investigation of the room in question and our attic, as well as an assessment of other walls in the house should we ever decide to do remove other walls in the future.
