we rented a number of tools from home depot mckenzie (se), most recently a popcorn sprayer for the ceiling. the staff were knowledgeable, very helpful and gave us lots of advice. will definitely return any time we need to rent something else!
2010 price was $300 but this year (2012) my bill is over $400, yet i have not requested any extra services! i agreed to pay it but i feel burned so i will use someone else next year, it's too bad this happened because i thought they did a great job otherwise. beware the "automatic yearly renewal of services". sigh.
