Installation of new A/C and furnace
The story is too long to type here, but in a nutshell we feel that we were expertly conned by an over zealous saleswoman in 2020, into installing a brand new furnace and air conditioner. She promised that the technician's would create their magic when they came to do the installation, and be masterful at relocating our existing or new AC, but that was far from the truth. Other than that, Paul, the technician who came to reconnect the AC did a marvelous job! Thank you, Paul.
