I spoke to Pete and Omni about adding support in a crawl space. Pete did multiple visits and brought an engineer to confirm they could do the job. They developed a plan and it was approved by the lead engineer at the cost of 650+HST for the engineer alone. After paying the deposit (1266)and agreeing to the amount to be paid after completion (14000), the workers came a week later. After cutting out a 10’x3’ hole in the side of my house, I was told they could no longer do the job. So I now have a massive hole in the side of my house with absolutely no work done. On top of that, the siding was cut so poorly that I now have to replace most of the siding on that side of the house. I called Pete who was short and said he was just going to send his guys to another job. I was not told how to get my deposit back or even who to contact. Pete was only concerned that I now messed his schedule up and was upset at that. Furthermore, he told me they’re not “siding guys” and to get someone else to fix the problem. I had to make multiple calls and send multiple emails just to figure out how to get some of my deposit back as Pete stopped answering. My “refund” amounted to approximately 1/3 of my deposit. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with anyone. I couldn’t imagine a less professional company and would NOT recommended this company to anyone
