Dhiren was our service man today and we are completely thrilled with the work he has done for us. He arrived on time and was very quick to find the problem and repair it. He was very informative and helpful! We greatly appreciated his professionalism and expertise!! Will definitely call him in the future!

Our experience with Winmax has been so fantastic we are planning to use them again to replace remaining original windows. Alexy was excellent to deal with - very helpful and always on time!! Since putting in the new windows we notice the rooms are not as cold as they used to be!! Huge difference! We had a few quotes for these windows but Alexy was the only one who would install a picture window like we wanted since it's an extremely large window. We special ordered for one of the sliding doors and Alexy's crew did the construction part of making the opening larger. They were quick and very tidy. I was worried about my new hardwood floors, but not a scratch! Thank you Alexy for bending over backwards to always make us happy - we will chat soon about ordering more!! Sue

Our story with Valentini Kitchens goes WAY WAY back. My parents worked with the late owner Mike in 1972 to put in our household kitchen. My family enjoyed that kitchen for years. As a matter of fact my parents sold their home to my sister when she got married in 1996 and instead of replacing the kitchen (because it was in such great shape) she refinished the cabinet doors and changed the hardware to update it and is still enjoying that kitchen today!! Now that's quality - when you can say you used a kitchen more than 40 years and it still looks awesome! They changed the countertops twice - also just to update the look and because they get worn, but the cabinets themselves are still in beautiful working order. Now I can't remember how much they paid for that original kitchen but whatever it was, it was worth every penny. Fast forward about 30 years and there I am putting in a new kitchen of my own. I did some research, but it was soon clear the best choice for me would be the same as my parents had done. We went to Valentini kitchens in 2003 and Mike began helping us with ideas. Piero came on site and brought us some great ideas and styles. Being a designer myself I didn't think I would need much help, but to be completely honest I ended up scrapping my floor plan the minute I saw Piero's. After all they are the "experts" and are doing kitchens day in and out. I've never regretted it. As a matter of fact the only thing I have ever regretted was not going with another suggestion of Piero's which involved removing a wall. At the time it just seemed too daunting, but in hindsight Piero was absolutely right and we should have removed it as per his recommendation. Installation was done by Tony and "perfection" is an understatement! They installed the complete kitchen in about 3 days and the work was meticulous. Simple things like all door hardware being at the exact level, and caulking beads that are neat and tidy (things that not all companies pride themselves on and then you have to live with the outcome). They were at my house when they said they would be every time and the work was carried out extremely neatly with no mess left behind. I could reach them anytime I needed them and no question or detail was overlooked. I would very gladly recommend Valentini kitchens to anyone looking for expert advice, quality workmanship and professional service. Without a doubt "two thumbs up"!!!

We recently needed some renovations done to our landscaping, We found Kyle in our local paper. The first thing we were impressed with was his punctuality when he came out to give us the quote. I've waited hours for people in the past with not so much as a phone call to let me know they would be late or weren't coming at all. Anyhow, we liked him right away so decided to have him move some trees we needed moved in our yard. The job itself was a tough one as these trees had gotten quite large and we weren't sure they would be able to move them at all. We were surprised when in a matter of a few hours the trees were transplanted and the holes filled in. They used a blower to clean up even areas where they hadn't really touched. We were so impressed that a week later we asked them to return to do our spring preparation of our gardens. Kyle's staff is courteous and very helpful. In a matter of a day they did what would normally take us weeks to do on our own. They pruned, filled flower beds with new soil, mulched all the gardens (and there are tons of them), mulched all the trees (again there are lots of those), they overseeded our lawn and laid about 600 sqare feet of new sod in the area where the trees had been moved the week before. When it was all said and done it looked great and you wouldn't have known they had even been there, they took all their garbage, and even some large plants I had pulled and had at the side of my house which weren't their responsibility. They used a blower for the driveway and then a hose to wash off where all the soil and mulch had been delivered. Overall it was a great experience. They were there to make us happy and they did a great job.

We have just had our roof replaced by Tops roofing and we are completely impressed with the company. We have dealt with endless contractors in the past and can honestly say that we have never had as good an experience as this time. The crew was at our house on time on both days. They worked very hard and did a great job on the roof and then cleaned up the area and made sure there were no stray nails. Brian the owner was punctual when he originally came to give us the quote and then actually brought us samples to choose from on another day, which again he was punctual for. He gave us a booklet on the ins and outs of roofs which really helped us decide what we wanted and educated us a bit on the whole topic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates high end customer service. Thanks Tops!!

A job that we are completely happy with!! We met with Josh in fall of 2005 to plan for our pool building in spring of 2006. Met with all the competition as well and decided to go with Josh because he came up with great suggestions. He's in the business so he knows what he is doing and will make your project his priority. He has tons of enthiusiasm and will find a way to create exactly what will make you happy. He created an absolute oasis in our backyard, which originally was dreary and we wouldn't use. The pool area has become our haven now - we love it!!! (looks like something out of anchitectural magazine) Josh gave us a gorgeous custom design and gave us great ideas on how to enhance everything without blowing the budget!! Building was supposed to be third week of April and actually started a whole week early - when does that happen with contractors!! They showed up everyday for about 10 days until the work was complete. John, head of the crew, was phenomenal. The work area was kept clean - they even carted away all the garbage. The guys were friendly and more than willing to help out with anything we needed. If you want a pool company that will go the extra mile and treat your project as if it were their own be sure to go with Lido - I can't say enough about them! I am truly convinced with any other company we would have just gotten a plain pool, with Lido we got a piece of paradise.
