Advanced Plumbing did a phenomenal job waterproofing my basement. The house is >100 years old and is a stone / mortar foundation in an area with lots of clay and silt. They Demo’s the old work, parged, installed a membrane, put a weeping tile in place, connected it all to a sump pit, and did cleanup quickly and with a great attitude. I’ve since had them help with smaller jobs (replacing old interior and exterior plumbing, cutting out a broken garburator) and they always quote only the work needed, are fair on price, and do very high quality work.
