This is the second time that I have used their service. Once again I was not disappointed with their level of professionalism. Honesty and integrity are alive and well with this company. I was concerned that their was a lot of construction debris int he ductwork but after a camera inspection I was told that it was not necessary to clean the ducts . I was only charged $85 to clean the furnace, vaccum out the registers and spray a disinfectant. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

In a day and age where everybody is negative and cynical towards building contactors, renovators, tradespeople, home service and maintenance/repair people, how refreshing it was to open my front door to two professional, courteous and knowledgeable air duct serviceman. They took their shoes off at the door, and quickly went downstairs to inspect my airducts, furnace and hepa filter. Pointing a special camera into the duct work, they showed me that my airducts did not require cleaning and it would be wasted money to do so. Wow! Honesty is alive and well! Paul then opened up the furnace to ensure that is was in good working order and explained how to change the furnace filter and with what frequency. He then vacumed inside and around the furnace and hepa filter thoroughly explaining the mechanics of both mechanisms as he worked. Professional to the max, have no fear or cynasism when calling The Duct Cleaning Specialists. I asked them to send me their business card as I plan on distributing them to my neighbours and friends.
