AEG came on short notice to perform mold testing after a water heater flood remediation uncovered previous issues. Russell provided quick test results as well as a very detailed estimate of the recommended work. The team got to work mitigating the mold spread immediately. The area was isolated and contaminated materials were double bagged and removed. Throughout the process Russell provided constant detailed communication of what steps were being taken and what was planned next. We went through the whole house highlighting current and potential issues with moisture risk including recommended specific measures to address the root causes of the current mold growth. We had a stubborn area of concern and Russell was dedicated to isolating and solving the unusual root cause of a prior owner's renovation improperly completed. Final tests showed successful removal of the mold.
