GE Cafe oven ( two years old) stopped working, insufficient heat. Elite Appliance technician Tony addressed problem. Replaced fan and circuit board. GE parts supplied wrong circuit board, twice, insisting that part was correct for my model. Elite Appliance team stayed on problem. After three months they eventually sourced the correct board. They maintain contact with me during that time period and ensured that they we still working to solve problem.
