We used Restoration 1 after a sewage backup as they were recommended by our plumber. Well, this was a BIG mistake... Mario, the GM refused to work with our insurance to provide pictures and extra details supporting our claim while this is part of what we paid him to do... Because of that, we are now going to get a lower settlement from our insurance while we are still expected to pay 100% of the invoice to Restoration 1. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!!!

Mitch and his team completed a build up of a half wall to separate the entrance from the rest of the first floor. The team was really knowledgeable and did some really good work, including the finishing touches. Would recommend Teodora and Mitch.
