All good, everything went as expected. I was able to book a pool-only inspection with a few days' notice. He showed on time and showed the things he noticed. He wasn't able to check absolutely everything because it wasn't opened for the season yet, but pointed out a few things to watch out for. We got a walkthrough at the end, then a written report sent electronically after. No muss, no fuss, no drama, which is exactly what we wanted during the stress of buying a house.
