Once again Imran was here to clean and maintain our gas fireplace. As usual he was a delight too have in our home. Full of information and advice re our aging fireplace which, thanks to him, is safe and still working. His wife answers the phone and is delightful to speak with, and Imran is a pleasure to have working in our home. Many thanks again Imran ... we will be in touch when the fireplace changes or at the very least next fall for our cleaning. We have no hesitation in giving him a 10 out of 10.

For the 4th time we have had the pleasure of Imran's expertise with our gas fireplace cleaning, painting. As usual he was friendly, courteous and understanding when we had to postpone our first appointment due to illness. The fireplace looks new and the logs arranged in a slightly new way. Extremely pleased and look forward to seeing Imran work his magic next year. We highly recommend Imran.

Imran is the ultimate professional - knowledgeable, pleasant and explains everything completely. This is the third time we have called him for service and each time he has done a wonderful job making the fire place look like new again. Wow - we were very impressed with the service! We called on Friday Dec 27th, after another company let us down, and were told we would received a call back that afternoon. Instead, a little later that day we had a knock at the door and it was Mark. He made an assessment of services needed, gave us a quote and said he'd be back on Sat. Dec 28 about 2:00 pm. Saturday about 9:30 am he and his crew arrived, removed the damaged limbs and stacked them as requested. He will be back in April to chip what has been cut and assess what didn't survive and still needs to be removed. We can't recommend him highly enough and will surely use his services again.

We called Atiar on Tuesday, he came right on time Wednesday and brought the correct part with him. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and explained the cost including labour. We are very pleased with his service and will call on him again. Thanks Atiar!

Imran said that the fireplace would look better than when it was new and it absolutely does. He was thorough and professional and worked diligently because it needed a lot of cleaning, We are delighted with the work and thank him very much, we don't hesitate to recommend him and will call him for future service and cleaning.

We contacted Elie because of the positive reviews at Homestars. He arrived a bit early, was very friendly, professional and gave good advice. His rates were reasonable and he gave us a Seniors discount! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely call him again when the need arises.
