When I called Aladdin Garage Doors, Reg was so helpful. He took the time to have me send him a picture of my door and came out first thing the next morning to check what was wrong with my garage door. The visit and diagnosis was free of charge and Reg was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and show me how to open the door manually. The repair was done quickly and again, with lots of time taken to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend this company.
