Our gas fireplace was not working consistently and we called Alex to fix it. He was tenacious in trying to find the cause of the issue and wouldn't give up. After a couple of hours of diagnostics, tearing apart the inside the fireplace moving to going outside of the house to inspect the venting, he found the issue and successfully fixed it. All this on a holiday! I thought for sure that the bill was going to be crazy, but he only charged for the service call and the part that needed to be replaced. Not only that, he helped me assess an issue with my refrigerator waterline and before he left, helped me put something heavy into my car. Alex is a wonderful technician and an honest man. I will absolutely use Alex again if needed and will 100% recommend him.

Yuri and his installers were incredible from start to finish. Their only concern was to make sure I was happy all the way through the process and the installers even reinstalled my blinds when they were finished. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. If I could give them more stars, I would!
