We are very frustrated with Provincial Smart Home services. We had phoned, emailed, been put on HOLD, told a 'manage' will contact us which never happens. We have finally had our 'post audit' for the installation of our heat pump BUT we have NOT heard anything back. No email, no paper documention that we are to receive a rebate. It seems usless to phone and try to get answers to our questions as it is a phone service which takes our information and says someone will get back to us in 12 hours. Does not happen. We really need someone to contact us and confirm a rebate is in process and send documentation. Terrible business practices.
