Called Dan at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon. He called me back in less than five minutes. I explained my issue with a nonfunctioning pool heater. He said that he could give me an appointment for 630 the next morning. I thought that he must have meant in the evening. He confirmed 630 AM. Wow what technician comes to your house at 630 in the morning? Well Dan does. He arrived on time and very promptly diagnosed my issue. He told me that it would take a couple of days to get the parts. Two days later he came back and installed the required parts. My pool heater now functions as it should. The repair cost was exactly as quoted. Very prompt and professional service. Highly recommend.
