Dave was quick to come on-site to provide a quote to have our trees trimmed, and made recommendations to have dead shrubs removed and replaced with a flower bed. His team went above and beyond to help me purchase the flowers and soil, and while Dave wasn't on-site to do the gardening himself, he was in constant contact with his team the entire time to provide his input on how the garden should be laid out. Dave also came on-site after his team completed the work to do a check and when I pointed out areas that needed extra work, he sent a team up to address those areas right away. We had a very positive experience working with Torwin from start to finish. Cassi understood that this was a big purchase for us and showed us different door options, worked with us on multiple mock-ups, and even came on-site to ensure that the door colour we selected matched our brick exterior. When our door finally arrived, she was transparent that the colour of the door was a shade darker than expected and worked with the manufacturer to have the door re-done, inspected it to make sure it was perfect, and even asked for our approval before coming to install! Our patio door had a minor defect and Nick and Tom were quick to file the issue with the manufacturer to have it addressed immediately. Rebecca and her team did a wonderful job cleaning my home post renovation. There was dust from stucco removal and within 8 hours, her team of 5 ladies had it all cleaned up! I was pleased to see that her team pulled out all the window screens to clean the windows, and even took the time to clean the exterior windows for better curb appeal. Rebecca was great to deal with, always responsive to text messages.
