LG Fridge failed April 24. A. ARS advises they will have a tech on-site between 1-4PM April 28. Tech calls around 3PM, claims he was busy and did not want to take another call. He also claimed that is was the compressor. Odd that if he could diagnose from the truck but lack the foresight to place one on it . May 6 Compressor is available, booked between 5-8 pm. NO Show ARS claims lack of confirmation. Unable to advise when they could return. LGs ability to produce a dismal product is only outdone by their ability to select a useless service provider.
