Incompetent technician and worse service
Our refrigerator has stopped cooling. A technician from ARS Repair and Installation was sent for repair. It has taken 7-8 weeks, the technician came 3 times and charged us $486. But up till now • The technician is still unable to identify the cause to the issue . • We have to pay his labors and pay for the wrong parts • The technician is no rush to fix the fridge and just made the money per visit. We think this technician is incompetent and asked 2nd opinion but ARS refused to send other technicians. It took 2 months and $486 was paid , our fridge still does not work. I do not recommend ARS to anyone at all
