Our recent experience with Home Appliance Repair was so negative that I have advised all our friends and relatives not to use them. Their technicians are not qualified to diagnose issues and therefore spend several days trying to think of a fix for your appliance (fridge, stove, dishwasher etc.) This is unfortunate because we all take time off work to accommodate these people in our home to no avail. Their cost just to come to our home - $124.30 After 5 days and 17 phone calls between myself, the customer service person, 2 technicians and the manager, we decided to purchase a new machine. I really felt like a fool for calling this company to our home before reading the reviews. I hope that others read my review and stay away from (HARGTA). The customer service do not communicate with the technicians and in our case, we were told by the technician that parts were on order for us, when infact the customer service person did not order the parts because she did'n think we needed them. Finally, the technician who came to our home, flip our machine over which caused gallons of water to spill all over the floor.
