This is what I got for the foundation wall parging of my house built by Crimson Cove Homes Inc. Its construction crew did not parged it right (it should bond to the wall) from the very beginning and some of the parging was applied over the black waterproof tar. In less than a year, after the winter, many areas of it were just fallen off from the wall. They did come back to reapplied the parging, but the same thing occurred in less than a year after the next winter. I had contacted the maintenance manager of the builder on May 01, 2020, who responded that he would send someone to get the issue fixed, but for some reason, no one came to get it done. Again, I had contacted him on August 19, 2020 with no response. This year 2021, even more, parging was falling off after the winter! Very disappointed!
