I sent in 2 shag rugs to have cleaned. They were in very high traffic areas and were so dirty I was considering just purchasing new. I saw their ad on tv so I thought I’d give them a try, SO GLAD I DID!! My rugs are truly like new, like the day I bought them. I can’t recommend this company enough, they exceeded my expectations by far. The customer service was outstanding, Kathy was very helpful and Matthew the driver was on time and friendly.
