I forgot to review here right away (sorry!) but I will now. I called Reliable in November during a cold spell. Our furnace had not been working well, and over the past few days had seemed to stop entirely (and our house was getting quite cold). I called Reliable up to see what the process was (this is my first house, and I didn't know what I needed to do) and they said they would be here in a few hours to take a look (which I didn't expect). Though my furnace started working again as soon as they got here (it was on its last legs) we still discussed what the next steps were. They offered to keep it in working order if they could, but since it was at end of life, I thought it was best to just replace it. I was walked through the process, he told me of the different models, and sent me the information so I could do my own research. There was NO pressure for a sale, and I very much appreciated that. When I decided on a model, they were here within a day to install it. Their crew were very professional, and I'm very pleased with the new furnace. My house is much warmer now, so thanks!

Victorious carpet was a pleasure to deal with. Mark was very flexible on timing, and showed up to give us our quote in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, gave us great advice, and even recommended a hardwood installer (who we also loved). The installers were great, professional, and very friendly. We had a tight schedule to get all work done on the house, and they were able to slot us in exactly when we needed them. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and will definitely be using them again for our basement in the next year. Thanks Mark!
