I got in touch with Speedy Appliances as the drum of our Hotpoint washing machine was shaking around (off balance) when spinning, regardless as to size of load. An on-phone suggestion of the bearings going proved to be all too accurate when Amit arrived and examined the machine - exacerbated by the gradual disintegration of the concrete counter-weight! Kyle made a couple of suggestions as to a suitable replacement machine and then supplied and fitted the one of my choosing. All in all, highly satisfactory :-)
