Had the attic insulation upgraded to R50 from R6 with soffit and eave openings done (with baffles) as well as a simple cardboard barrier installed around the attic opening and the hatch weatherstripped, as well as the plumbing and chimney stack. The sight was tidied up - they used plastic sheeting to cover the floors and vacuumed up the few little bits of insulation that had fallen during the blowing in of the new insulation. Job was done in roughly 4.50 hours.

We had Rainbow install new shingles since the ones that they installed after last century's ice storm required replacing. Both the office and on-site crews were very good, helpful, and polite to the point that they enjoyed being photographed as they replaced the shingles. They cleaned up the site after doing the job quickly and efficiently. Now awaiting to see how the rains and snow run off the new shingles.

We had Safari back to take care of 2 new problems with our toilets. One had an annoying leak that caused the water to run about 5 seconds every 10-15 minutes. Simply and quickly resolved. The water supply hose in the tank had been incorrectly located. Solved in 30 seconds! No charge! The second toilet required replacement after some mounting problems were found with the previous toilet.The toilet seat had a broken cap for one of the screws so they made a second isit to replace that seat with one that wasn't broken. All work done well and to our complete satisfaction.
