I would not recommend this company. The repair person assessed my laundry machine, told me he could fix it, did some work for which I paid him and the machine is nowhere near working. On the invoice it indicated that in the future I will need to replace another part, but never once did he indicate that the part was needed in order for the machine to run. They are not admitting they made a mistake, they are taking no ownership of the work, and are not offering to assist in fixing the problem. When I asked if I should fix the machine or replace it, the repair person said not to replace it, and that he could fix it. He couldn't. He didn't. I am shocked by the The A Team Appliance Repair's dishonesty.

Excellent work and very respectful, diligent people. I hired this company to replace crumbling bricks on our front support column. Half way through the job the column cracked away from the porch and was in danger of falling. Phong and Van quickly put an extra safety support in and replaced the entire column. A one day job turned into two, but they still only charged what had been quoted. Once done, they cleaned up the area well and even moved my garbage cans back where they belonged! We are very happy with the work and will definitely have them back to lay concrete in our alley when the time comes. Neesa Kenemy Neesa Kenemy
