Called them based on their reviews here after I drove into my garage door bending one if the panels. Service truck came out to fix it ( I could of bent it back myself I really just wanted a quote on the new panel) and got it to operate and they took down the info from the door to get me a price on the new panel. Said they would contact me the next day with a price but nobody ever called so after a week I called them. I said to them Ip had been overlooked and nobody had bothered to get back to me. The gentlemen put me on hold and said he couldn't find my paperwork but would call me back in a few minutes. A week later still no call. They overlooked me twice I won't give them a third shot.

Hired Ottawa Home Services to install a new AC. Great job and a great price. Crew was on time and very professional. Very well run company, from the technicians to the office staff
