The house is noticeably quieter and a very even temperature throughout. The team was very professional and explained what needed to be done. They took videos before discussing what should be done and after the installation was completed.

Summers and Smith in Aurora has been my heating and cooling choice for decades. They are always efficient and tidy. The new tankless water heater produces hot water at a selected temperature.

A birch tree was trimmed, an old apple tree was removed, and major pruning was done on a large maple tree. The team member who climbed the trees was outstanding. The debris was gathered, chipped and removed.
