Hickory Dickory Decks Scarborough is a top quality organization. While building our decks they were professional, courteous and accommodating at all times. They showed attention to detail and used high quality materials. The crew was polite and helpful. Best of all, they communicated well. Geoff and Ibrahim were always open to discussing issues as they cropped up (as they inevitably do in projects like these). They cost a bit more, but peace of mind and quality count for a lot. Tom, from Spray Foam Coatings, was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. He got back to me soon after I left him a message, answered all questions on the phone and came out within two days to provide a quote, answering more of my questions. His quote was fair and he asked only that the area under the floor (we recently found no one had installed insulation when it was built) be clear of any dangerous items, such as nails or glass. We made sure this was done. We agreed on a date for the work to occur and he showed up as promised, right on time. The work was perfectly executed and Tom and his assistant were very pleasant and good natured.
