This year we needed a new hot water option to replace our rental; we were also coming to the end of life on our existing boiler. Stephen explained everything and gave us a variety of options to deal with both. We chose a Veissmann combi boiler and Marco and Jed got the system up and running over 2 days - the 2 hottest days of the year so far! The combi boiler heats the house and also works as an instant on for hot water on demand and man, does it get warm! While they were here they also dealt with a slow drip we've been nursing in a radiator for far too long. We're very pleased and will continue to use Belyea for all our heating and cooling needs. In fact, they installed our split AC/shoulder season heat pump in 2019 and that works great too! Highly recommend these guys; they're fair, fast and fastidious.

We've had Anta Plumbing service our house stem to stern, from replacing the clay drains and installing a back flow valve, to installing a sump pump back up, a new vanity and toilet and faucet, plus service on the back flow and sump back up (which you should do annually). Today Daniel removed and replaced our 100+ year vent stack. He had to twist himself into a pretzel and navigate a very tight, awkward space, but he did so expertly and quickly and with minimal mess. We're always pleasantly reminded of how good this team is when we hire them to solve one of our inevitable problems in a 100 year old house. Anta plumbers are efficient, effective, very good at trouble shooting and fastidious. Their prices are also exceptionally reasonable and fair. We recommend them for any plumbing services you may require. Great job team, especially you Daniel ;).

Our first experience with Anta was 3 years ago when we were searching for a sump pump backup system. Anta had just the right solution, installed expertly and reasonably priced. They also helped us apply for a rebate from the city. We hired them again in 2020 - in the heart of the pandemic - to address our main drain, which was clay and had been infiltrated by tree roots. We'd had part of this pipe addressed by another service 10 years prior but the supplier left a weak spot, and the drain was once again compromised. Anta quoted $6000 less than the original plumbing service, who'd bid on the next bit of work (which frankly, should've been addressed initially). Anta removed the old clay and replaced with new PVC, including a back up valve. Throughout they were thoughtful in their approach, quick, professional and fastidious. Again, they assisted with applications for rebates from the city. Yesterday we hired Anta again to do some finish plumbing for us - a new kitchen faucet, a new one piece toilet (these can be tricky) and a wall hung vanity with new drain and faucet. Everything went perfectly. Daniel did an excellent job, on time and on budget and also very clean and neat (and charming ;)). We recommend Anta to everyone who mentions they need a plumber, with no hesitation.
