Vladimir from Falcon Windows recently installed all new windows in our home (17 of them). To say that Vladimir and his team did an exceptional job would be an understatement. Everything from coming out to measure and provide a quote, informing and updating us of when the windows would be ready, and the conversations throughout the install was remarkable. Having received 4 separate quotes from other window companies, Vladimir stood out as the most knowledgeable and trustworthy; his commitment to caring for our home and his business was very clear from the very beginning. We recently contacted Jeff for a few concerns we we’re having around the house and we’re very happy with the work Jeff did.
