Job Synopsis New Roof Vent for Bathroom Exhaust needed installation. Job Outcome New Vent installed, (New Hole Cut into Roof with New Vent Cap). Extras at no additional cost Replacement of Original Vent (Exhaust was poorly attached to a plastic attic vent. D4L Disconnected old Rigid Duct from plastic vent cap and replaced vent with metal vent). A Few cracked Shingles were noticed and repaired. Expanded Rigid Duct used and poorly installed to plastic roof vent for exhaust. It was pretty much venting directly into my attic space. Condo corp gave authorization for work to be done, once I fully explained what the issue was. Roof shingles and sheeting are condo common elements and need Condo approval for any alterations. Katie from D4L was super patient with all of my questions. The roofers that did the work were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The work was done in about 20-30 minutes. They did not have to come into my unit to do any of the work. Katie was also patient waiting for me to go back and forth with my Condo Corp to get the approvals for work. All questions I had on the contract were answer promptly. I would definitely use D4L again in the future. Attached picture show the new Bathroom Exhaust vent and replaced attic Vent (Post Install).

After seeing largest icicles ever in 2020-2021 winter I knew insulation was no good. Went to check and saw mould. First quote I got form someone else was 3K. Others had competitive numbers. Either close or slightly more. Kay, whom answered my e-mail was quick to respond and very pleasant. They answered all my questions without any issues. I was able to book quickly, within a few days of my call. 2 People showed up at 7am, as expected. Work was done in around an hour. (700 square foot attic space). They provided before and after pictures for my evidence. They provided recommendations to have some one else look in to in order to prevent more mould in the future. The two people who came to perform the work were nice, friendly, courteous. They took their boots off at the door without being asked, no mess was left over. I paid at my front door. Hopefully I never have a mould problem again, but if I do, this is the company I would use.
