Damage new products and bad customer service
Really bad service from CAS. I will never recommend CAS to buty anu products. Its customer service is also irresponsive.We bought 3 products from CAS in 2021: 1)Gas Stove 2)Ventilation 3)Refrigerator 1) Gas stove's digital screen is popped out and not flat. 2) On Ventilataion hood we found scarctches. 3) Refrigerator is not cooling enough from first day. all appliances are brand new and still we faced lots of problem. When we call customer service then they are also not giving proper answer about next steps. I never recommend to purchase any item from CAS. Its waste of money and waste of time.
