An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My wife and I called in Clera Windows back in 1998 and met with Joe Pinheiro who gave us a very good package that we decided to go with. The windows have done a better job then we expected and recently we had a small problem with a couple of windows so we called Clera and to our surprise we connected with Joe once again. He promptly came by in a few days with the replacement parts. My wife and I have referred these guys in the past and we will have no problem referring them in the future also we plan on ordering a door from Joe in the spring.
