Tech arrived on time as scheduled. Assessed issue provided solutions. No pressure. Completed the work in a timely fashion , very professional and efficient. Technician was polite and an extremely good communicator.

The under sink drains in my daughters kitchen townhouse was broken and also not draining. 2 separate problems! Alex whom we have used in our home in the past arrived within an hour evaluated the problem. Recommended solutions and provided a quote. Completed redoing all the ABS drains and traps then unclogged the drain .Always explaining the process along the way. I Trust Alex for his ability but also for his honesty. BTW it was 9AM Sunday morning when I called him!
