Brad was a terrific gentleman to work with and he was very informative and told me exactly what needed to be done and not done and gave me a very good 2 hour in depth home inspection. He even showed me the attic which was beneficial as well as explained all electrical panels, hot water tank, furnace, etc. and gave me a lot of beneficial tips on how to maintain the house and take care of it which was very useful... Would definitely recommend this great home inspector with over 30 years of experience... Thanks again Brad!
