The process was good for the most part. The guys that came out were friendly. Wasn't too impressed that the warrenty was explained as 10 year, but when they came out it was set as a 5 year warrenty. I was not told I needed to pay for yearly service to maintain a 10 year warrenty. Paid a premium price and was expecting the warrenty as implied.
