An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The installers were very polite,clean in appearance ,tidy on the job-no mess left for me to clean up and went about their work without myself and my neighbours deafened by loud music. However I am not too happy with their head office. I was told I would receive an information package-re: operating and cleaning instructions after my cheque cleared..I requested this information at least three times and I am still waiting (since August 2012) I now feel that once they have your money they don't care and now have doubts that if I have any problems with the windows they too will be ignored .Nov8/12 I am pleased to now say that the information I requested has been received via e-mail and have updated my score for this company accordingly
